Return Policy
If you aren’t 100% happy with any item, simply return it! The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.
Items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the date you placed your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.
Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to an $8.95 shipping fee in addition to a $10.00 handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.
Items in the "Sale" section, anything discounted 30% or more, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, and undergarments are final and cannot be returned. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not permitted.
If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
Store Credit will be issued in form of refund for returned and canceled orders. You will need to have a Crossroads Boutique account in order to receive your store credit return.
Overview: returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to $8.95 shipping + $10 handling fee to be returned to you.
Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
